Booking a group at the call center:

Call 1-877-2-FLY-SOUTH (877-235-9768) and ask for the Group Desk. Please be prepared to give group details to the reservation agent assisting you, including:

• 1. Dates of travel requested.
• 2. Number in group (must be between 10 and 148 passengers)
• 3. Destination.
• 4. Group name.
• 5. Group booking agent/contact.
• 6. Contact information: phone, fax and e-mail (as applicable).

The agent assisting you will check availability for your travel dates while you are on line. All group fare quotes will be submitted to the group booking contact person in writing along with the information regarding policies and deposits. Our response will be prompt and usually the same day.

Booking a group through our website:

• 1. Complete the form below in full and hit submit.
• 2. A Group Desk agent will contact you by e-mail or phone, as appropriate, with group fares, policies and deposit requirements usually within 24 hours.
• 3. If the fare quote is accepted:
  • a. We require an immediate deposit of 10% by credit card or overnight check in order to reserve the seats for your groups.
  • b.Second deposit of $25.00 per person is required 30 days after reservation is made
  • c.Full Payment is required with names at 45 days before departure
• 4. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will create a reservation and e-mail or fax your confirmation number and itinerary.
• 5. For bookings within 45 days of travel, full payment will be required
• 6. Deposits are not refundable but can be credited toward a future booking within one year of reservation.
• 7. Seats will be pre-assigned for your group.
• 8. Utilization of the group is 80%.
  • a. 20% of the group may be cancelled up to 45 days of departure.
  • b. Penalties for more than 20% of the group are $25.00 per passenger
  • c. Funds may be used for credit toward a future booking within 1 year of reservation
• 9. All names of the passengers in the group are due at 45 days before departure. For bookings within 45 days, names should be provided at the time of reservation. Name changes up to 5 days before departure are free of charge. Within 5 days before departure a $10 fee per name-change will be applicable.
• 10. All Group Bookings will earn 1 free round trip ticket for every 20 round trip tickets purchased, i.e. the 21st round trip passenger is free.

• - There are no exemptions from state and local sales taxes for airline tickets.
• - All passengers over 18 must have photo ID. Aviation Advantage suggests a birth certificate or school ID for children under 18.
